How do I make a reservation?

Simply fill in the associated booking form found under the related tours’/packages’ page or email us your requirements.

When should I book?

You should finalise your booking no later than 45 days prior to your departure. For summer and other high season travel times, 90 days is a good idea. For assistance please contact us.

What is the minimum number of participants to operate a tour?

As stated in our tour/travel packages, we can run the tours even for 1 person as long as the tour(s) is/are booked at the appropriate price.

What forms of payment do you take?

Credit Card

For your security and peace of mind, we accept payments via credit card. For your protection, we will need you to sign the credit card payment form (mail order form) upon receipt and return it with verification of legal identification (e.g. copy of your passport, id card or driver’s license) before your credit card is charged. We will inform you in advance of purchase of any credit card fees that may apply.

What is your cancellation policy?

All cancellation notifications must be made in written to The date of cancellation shall be the date we confirm the receive of your cancellation email. Thus should you consider a cancellation please take the global time differences into consideration. If cancels your confirmed travel arrangements, any money you have paid will be refunded in full.

If you wish to cancel your booking with us, you will then be subject to the following cancellation charges;

61 days or more prior to scheduled start 10% of the total cost
60 – 46 days prior to scheduled start 25% of the total cost
45 – 16 days prior to scheduled start 50% of the total cost
15 days or less prior to scheduled start 100% of the total cost

If cancellation occurs when your travel arrangements in progress no refund can be made for the portion not taken. All monies lost due to cancellation by you can be credited to any other travel service within 12 months of cancellation. You must retain the copy of invoice in order to claim credit.

How can I be sure that everything is arranged the way I want them?

Before a booking is made, you will receive an itinerary for your requested tours. There is no deposit required until one of our tour guides is available for the date(s) you ask a tour for and we hold his available days for your tour. Once agreed on the final itinerary, we then ask for a deposit or full payment depending on the date arrangements are made.

When will I have my travel documents in hand?

We do not provide any printed document except for their digital copies. We send all the necessary information required by email.

About Our Services

What type of travel services does offer?

As a legally bonded profession, we, the tour guides can only offer guiding services.

We cannot provide hotel accommodation, airport transfers, flight ticket reservations and so on, but we can make recommendations if you ask.

Can I make alterations to your sample itineraries presented on your website?

Yes, the tour itineraries are sample and if you like, we can tailor the itineraries or can create individual itineraries from the scratch to suit all your travel requirements. Please click here to contact us to get a quotation for itineraries that would suit your needs the best.

The areas/destinations I want to visit are not listed in your Istanbul tour programmes?

Simply click here telling your requirements and we will tailor a new programme and quote to you.

Can I book my international flights with you?

No, none of our tour/travel packages include the international airfare. You would get better quote online when booking your international flight. By booking your own international flight, you have more flexibility and control of your choices.

Do you offer discount for repeat clients?

Yes, we offer a 5% discount to our repeat clients.

Do you offer group discounts?

Yes, when you observe the tour prices you will find that the “per person price” decreases gradually depending on the number of the group.

Who will be our tour guide?

We are a team professional tour guides licensed by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and are experts of destinations and sites that are covered in our itineraries. You can meet our guides by clicking here.

What type of vehicles do you prefer on tours?

All vehicles used for tours are air-conditioned and less than 4 years old. Depending on the size of the group we use cars for 1-2 participants, minibuses for 3-12 participants, mid-size buses for 13-20 participants and full size buses for participants between 21-40.

What type of restaurants do you use/suggest?

The restaurants we pick are the ones that proved themselves for long time in the Turkish Tourism Industry. Cleanliness, quality of services and good cuisine are our priorities when choosing the restaurants.

General Questions

When is the best time to travel to Turkey?

Although Turkey is a year round holiday destination, the best time to travel is between April to November.

Should I purchase travel insurance?

Yes, we strongly recommend you have an insurance policy to ensure a care free holiday whilst travelling. It is important that your insurance policy covers you against trip cancellation/interruptions for any reason, travel/baggage delay or loss of baggage and medical expenses.

What is smoke free policy in Turkey?

It is banned by Turkish Laws that smoking in all enclosed public areas, transportation, hotels, restaurants and bars etc. There is also non smoking policy whilst on board the tour/transfer vehicles. However, we make plenty of comfort stops, allowing you ample opportunity to smoke if you wish, stretch your legs, take scenic snapshots or enjoy a glass of Turkish Tea or a cup of coffee.

Are there any special health and/or shot requirements for traveling to Turkey?

At the time this document is updated (May 2016), there are no special immunization requirements for travelling in Turkey. Please contact us for special travelling requirements such as wheelchairs or walkers.

What do I need in terms of passport and visa?

A valid passport is necessary throughout your travel. As of May 23rd, 2016, electronic visa (e-Visa) replaces “sticker visa” which was issued at the border crossings. Applicants just need to log on to, provide the requested information, (after the application is approved) make online payment and download their e-Visa.
